This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Wattch Fitness Inc. collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Wattch Fitness mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by Wattch Fitness Inc.

We may collect personal identification information and biometric data from Users in various ways, including, but not limited to, when Users use our App's features, register on the App, subscribe to our services, respond to surveys, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on our App. Personal identification information and biometric data may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, date of birth, sex/gender, heart rate, and other health-related information. Users may be asked to grant permissions for the collection of biometric data within the App. 

 

2. How We Use Collected Information 

Wattch Fitness Inc. may collect and use Users' personal information and biometric data for the following purposes: 

To provide and personalize our services: 

  • We may use information to provide a synchronized exercise and entertainment experience tailored to the User's preferences and biometric data. 

To monitor user health and fitness: 

  • We may use biometric data to monitor and analyze Users' health and fitness levels, providing personalized recommendations and feedback.  

To process payments: 

  • We may collect payment information from Users for subscription services or in-app purchases. This information is used solely for billing purposes and is securely processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers. 

To improve our App: 

  • We continually strive to improve our App offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you. 

To send periodic emails: 

  • We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their use of the App. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. 

3. How We Protect Your Information 

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information and biometric data stored on our App. 

 

4. Sharing Your Personal Information 

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information or biometric data to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. 

 

5. Compliance with App Store Guidelines 

We comply with all guidelines set forth by the Apple App Store, including but not limited to those related to the collection and use of biometric data. 

 

6. Payment Policy 

All payments for subscription services or in-app purchases are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. Users' payment information is encrypted and securely handled by the payment processor, and we do not store sensitive payment information on our servers. 

 

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy 

Wattch Fitness Inc. has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information and biometric data we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications. 

 

8. Your Acceptance of These Terms 

By using this App, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use our App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
